Tell us your postcode, rooms or premises size, preferred frequency and main priorities. We discuss availability, the checklist, time needed and price before confirming a booking. A first visit may need a different scope from the ongoing routine; any extra work is discussed and quoted before booking.
Once booked, clear the agreed surfaces where practical and discuss access, pets, delicate surfaces and product preferences with us. Key handling is agreed directly; please keep access codes out of the website form.

Regular small-office cleaning — £22/hour
Cleaning products and equipment are included. We agree the routine, frequency and cleaning times with you. Larger premises and other commercial requirements receive a tailored quotation based on the agreed tasks and schedule.
Prefer your own products or equipment? Let us know when you enquire. The hourly rate remains £22.
Optional oven cleaning is quoted separately according to the oven and work required. It is not included in the standard £22 hourly service. Mention it when you request a quote.

Do you clean small offices?
Yes. We can discuss regular cleaning for small offices, including agreed work areas, meeting rooms, staff kitchens and WCs. Tell us which rooms need cleaning and your priorities so we can agree the tasks and time needed.
How much does regular office cleaning cost?
Regular small-office cleaning is £22 per hour, including cleaning products and equipment. The rate remains £22 if you prefer your own products or equipment. We agree the tasks and time needed before booking. Larger commercial premises and work needing extra detail are quoted individually.
Can cleaning fit around our opening hours?
Tell us your preferred days and times, including whether you need cleaning outside opening hours. We will discuss availability and agree a practical arrangement to minimise disruption. Sending a preferred time does not reserve a slot.
Can we choose which areas are included?
Yes. The cleaning priorities and routine are agreed around your premises, rather than using one fixed checklist for every business.
Do you offer weekly or fortnightly cleaning?
You can request weekly, fortnightly or another regular arrangement. We discuss how the premises are used, the tasks needed and our availability before agreeing the frequency and schedule.
What happens after we request a quote?
We contact you to discuss your premises, cleaning priorities, preferred frequency and availability. We then confirm the quote and what it includes. Your enquiry does not book a clean; the tasks, price and timing must be agreed first.
How and when do I pay?
We agree payment arrangements with you before booking. For regular commercial work, let us know if you need an invoicing arrangement so we can discuss suitable terms.
What if I need to cancel or change a visit?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange a visit. We will discuss the options and confirm any relevant terms before booking.
Do I need to be there, or can you hold a key?
You do not need to stay during the clean if access has been agreed. For regular cleaning, you can discuss secure key-holding arrangements with us. Our insurance covers key holding. Access and handling arrangements are agreed directly with you before the visit. Please do not put access codes in the website enquiry form.
Will I have the same cleaner, and what happens during holidays or illness?
We aim to keep the same cleaner for regular visits wherever practical and discuss any changes with you. If illness or a holiday affects a visit, we give as much notice as possible and discuss another date, subject to availability. Replacement cover is not guaranteed.
Can I add oven cleaning?
Yes. Oven cleaning is available at an additional price, based on the oven and work required, quoted and agreed before booking. It is separate from the £22 regular-cleaning hourly rate and is not automatically included in an end-of-tenancy or deep-clean quotation. Please mention it when you enquire.
What if I have a concern about my clean?
Please contact us promptly with the details so we can review the concern against the agreed cleaning tasks and discuss an appropriate response with you.
