LucasBright Cleaning is responsible for the customer information described here. This notice covers our website enquiries and related cleaning-service communications.

What we collect

You provide your name, email, postcode and cleaning requirements when enquiring. A phone number, business name and further details are optional. We also keep your enquiry reference, submission time and email-delivery status.

We receive any information you choose to send by email, phone or WhatsApp. Please don’t send payment-card details, door codes or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer questions, prepare quotes and discuss bookings. For your own prospective booking, our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and fulfilling that contract if you book.

For business-contact enquiries and website security, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to prospective customers and preventing misuse. Without the required contact and property details, we may not be able to provide a quote.

Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing. Booking decisions are not made solely by automated processing.

Where your enquiry goes

Website enquiries are saved in the website’s database and passed to FormSubmit to email our business inbox. Our website hosting, database and email providers process information to provide those services. The website runs through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure.

FormSubmit states that its submission archive is retained for 30 days. That is separate from our website and inbox copies. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy and archive information.

How long we keep it

For enquiries that do not lead to a booking, our retention period is six months after the last contact. We manually review and remove the relevant website records and correspondence; the website does not automatically delete them.

If you become a customer, relevant information is kept for the service relationship and any necessary accounting, legal or complaint-handling purposes. The period depends on the record and the applicable requirement. Contact us for details about your information.

Cookies and external links

Cloudflare may use security cookies to protect this website from automated abuse. Its __cf_bm cookie expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Cloudflare says cookie data may be processed in the United States; its privacy policy describes cross-border processing and safeguards. Read its cookie information.

We have not added advertising pixels or visitor analytics to this website. Facebook and WhatsApp buttons are links, not embedded feeds. If you follow them, the respective platform’s privacy terms apply.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use or receive a portable copy. Contact us using the details above.

Your right to object: you can object to processing based on legitimate interests because of your particular situation.
