We’re Suzanne and Dan, the people behind LucasBright Cleaning, a small family-run business based in the Stockport area. Suzanne takes care of the cleaning and works directly with customers, while Dan looks after the business side, including marketing, enquiries and administration.
We started LucasBright to build something of our own: careful cleaning, respect for your property and a direct point of contact. From your first enquiry to your regular visit, you deal with us.

Small-office cleaning is £22 per hour, including products and equipment. Discuss weekly, fortnightly or another agreed schedule, subject to availability. Larger premises are quoted individually.

Regular visits have a clear hourly rate. More detailed cleans are priced for the work involved. We confirm the scope, what is included and the price before you book.
REGULAR DOMESTIC & SMALL-OFFICE CLEANING
£22 per hour
Cleaning products and equipment included. We agree your cleaning priorities, visit frequency and the time needed before booking.
If you prefer us to use your own products or equipment, let us know. The hourly rate remains £22.
TAILORED QUOTATIONS
A price for the work you need.
End-of-tenancy and deep cleans are quoted for the whole job, based on size, condition and agreed tasks. Airbnb and holiday-let cleaning is quoted per turnover. Larger commercial premises are quoted around the cleaning requirements and schedule.
One-off domestic visits are quoted individually. We confirm what is included and the price before booking.
Optional oven cleaning is quoted separately according to the oven and work required. It is not included in the standard £22 hourly service. Mention it when you request a quote.

Yes. Our cleaners are DBS checked, and LucasBright Cleaning is fully insured.
Yes. Tell us which frequency and days you prefer. We check availability for your postcode and agree the cleaning tasks, timing and quote before booking.

We offer one-off and regular domestic cleans, ongoing commercial cleaning, Airbnb or holiday-let changeovers, end of tenancy cleaning and deep cleans. Tell us what you need and the timing you have in mind so we can discuss a suitable arrangement.

Access, payment, pets and other practical questions.
What is included in a clean?
The details depend on your property and the service you need. We agree the rooms, tasks and priorities with you before booking, whether you need routine cleaning, a changeover, an end of tenancy clean or a deeper one-off refresh.
Does sending an enquiry book my clean?
No. An enquiry starts the conversation. Your clean is only booked once availability, the price and the details have been agreed with you.
How and when do I pay?
We discuss and confirm payment arrangements before you book. Contact us if you have a payment question about your clean.
Do I need to be there, or can you hold a key?
You do not need to stay during the clean if access has been agreed. For regular cleaning, you can discuss secure key-holding arrangements with us. Our insurance covers key holding. Access and handling arrangements are agreed directly with you before the visit. Please do not put access codes in the website enquiry form.
Can you clean a home with pets?
Yes. Please tell us about pets before the visit and arrange for animals to be safely secured where necessary, so we can work safely and avoid disturbing them.
Will I have the same cleaner, and what happens during holidays or illness?
We aim to keep the same cleaner for regular visits wherever practical and discuss any changes with you. If illness or a holiday affects a visit, we give as much notice as possible and discuss another date, subject to availability. Replacement cover is not guaranteed.
Can I add oven cleaning?
Yes. Oven cleaning is available at an additional price, based on the oven and work required, quoted and agreed before booking. It is separate from the £22 regular-cleaning hourly rate and is not automatically included in an end-of-tenancy or deep-clean quotation. Please mention it when you enquire.
What if I have a concern about my clean?
Please contact us promptly with the details so we can review the concern against the agreed cleaning tasks and discuss an appropriate response with you.
